Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Wrendit (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Wrendit does

Wrendit takes a resume and a job description that you provide and uses artificial intelligence to generate tailored job-application materials — resume suggestions, a cover letter, a recruiter email, a LinkedIn message, a follow-up email, and a match analysis. The Service assists you; it does not guarantee employment, interviews, or any specific outcome.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Plans & usage limits

• Free: up to 3 application packages per calendar month.
• Pro ($9/month): up to 100 application packages per calendar month.

Usage counters reset at the start of each calendar month. We may adjust plan limits or pricing with reasonable notice; changes will not affect a billing period you have already paid for.

4. Billing

Paid subscriptions are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited, who handles payment, invoicing, and applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

5. AI-generated content

Outputs are generated by AI and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying every output before you use or send it. Do not rely on generated content as professional, legal, or career advice. You are responsible for ensuring that anything you submit as your own (such as a resume or cover letter) is truthful and accurate.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit content you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful, infringing, or contains others' personal data without permission;
• Use the Service to create false, misleading, or fraudulent application materials;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service;
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the resume, job description, and other content you submit, and of the outputs generated for you. You grant Wrendit a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wrendit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above, and where appropriate we will notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
